Terms & Conditions:

  1. A one time membership fee of RM10.00 is required to enjoy the benefits associated with the hotel.
  2. 1000 points will be deposited into the members’ account upon joining. The member will be able to earn points immediately.
  3. Members are entitled to a member’s discount when booking directly with the hotel.
  4. Member’s rate are not applicable during black out dates as follow: –
    • Chinese New Year’s Eve until 8th days of Chinese New Year.
    • Two days before Hari Raya Aidilfitri until 2nd days of Hari Raya Aidilfitri.
    • One day before Hari Raya Haji until 2nd days of Hari Raya Haji.
  5. Members will still be able to collect point during peak season for bookings made at the hotel.
  6. Every RM1.00 spend by members will earn them 1 point.
  7. There is no expiry date for points collected.
  8. Points collected can be used to redeem stays at the hotel (T&C apply).
  9. 100 points will redeem RM1.00. Minimum points redemption required is 500 points
    for every redemption.
  10. Points may be redeemed at the next visit.
  11. Membership renewal is automatic at no additional costs.
  12. Membership benefits are not applicable to travel agent / group booking.
