Terms & Conditions

  1. All individuals aged 18 years old & above. Each applicant is only entitled to apply for ONE (1) Card.
  2. The Heng Sheng Member Card is not a credit card or charge card.
  3. In the event the membership expires, Heng Sheng members shall have the option to renew the membership at Heng Sheng Hardware Sdn Bhd.
  4. The Heng Sheng Member Card is renewable at the annual membership fee of RM20.
  5. In the event the membership is renewed, the date of renewal will commence on the day after expiry date and upon renewal, the membership shall be entitled to all the points and rebates accumulated previously.
  6. The members must present the valid Heng Sheng MemberE-Card.Heng Sheng MemberE-Card is not transferable and is for the exclusive use of the Heng Sheng Member only.
  7. Exclusive notification such as promotion and events invitation will be informed to all Heng Sheng Member.
  8. All Heng Sheng Members are entitled for Heng Sheng Member Day promotions and offers.
  9. Birthday rewards will be given to all Heng Sheng Members.
  10. Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdreserves the right to use and utilize the database information for marketing purposes.
  11. Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdreserves the right to decline the issuance or withdrawal of the Heng Sheng Member Card at any time or terminate membership as and when necessary without any prior notice.
  12. Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdreserves the right to suspend or terminate this program at any time as it deems necessary. In such a case, Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdshall give advance notice to all members in the manner Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhddeems appropriate.
  13. Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdreserves the right to omit, add or amend the Heng ShengMember Card Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions without prior notice. Any new or amended Terms and Conditions will override the existing Heng ShengMember Card Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
  14. Every Ringgit spent in Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdshall be converted to 1 point.
  15. Points collected by members can be used to redeem gifts based on Heng Sheng Hardware Redemption Catalogue.
  16. Members can walk in to Heng Sheng Hardware store or send in an email for redemption application.
  17. Upon Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdacceptance of the redemption order, Heng Sheng members shall not revoke, cancel, return or exchange the gift redemption item(s).
  18. Heng Sheng Member can log on to the InCard App or visit any counter to check their points.
  19. In the event of expired membership, the membercard shall not be entitled to collect or redeem any points and rebates.
  20. Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdreserves the right to refuse any redemption of the redeemed item if Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdhas any reason to suspect the points were fraudulently accumulated by the member or wrongly recorded.
  21. Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdreserves the right to adjust the points tiers or requirements, as well as substitute or replace items with items of similar or equivalent value without prior notice.
  22. Heng Sheng Hardware SdnBhdreserves the right to deduct the balance of a member’s points accumulation in the event that:
    1. any point is suspected of being fraudulently recorded;
    2. any point is recorded in error; or
    3. any point related to a transaction which has been cancelled or where a refund has been given. All terms and conditions herein shall be governed and constructed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
