B) Points Redemption

• Points redemption with minimum RM30 payment (RM30 + Points)
• Points with cash value but not changeable to cash
• Points redemption for retail items only, exclude for labour works or services
• Not allow to sharing other member points for redemption.
• Points redemption not valid on promotion or any special discount items.

C) Member Renew

• H2C membership valid for 1 year, renew your card to continue getting H2C Member benefits.
• No expired date for points.
• Unfinished stamps will expired together with member card’s expired date
• Classic card renew with any purchase minimum rm30 in single receipt
• Silver, Gold, Platinum card with individual renewal price

D) Restrictions on the Use of H2C Card

• Card not valid for user sharing
• Every card valid 3 transaction a day
• Member must show card to enjoy benefits

E) Privacy Protection

YOUR acceptance of this AGREEMENT or YOUR act of using the SERVICE constitutes YOUR consent to the use, application and disclosure of YOUR personal information by the COMPANY according to the following provisions & the Privacy Policy:

• Password

YOU are required to set a password upon registration as identification of YOUR H2C Card. The password is the sole means by which YOU get access to YOUR account. Once YOU divulge YOUR password to others, YOUR personal identification information may subject to theft, thus leading to legal consequences to YOUR disadvantage. Should YOU sense any potential or realistic threat, arising from whatever reason, to the application of YOUR username and password, YOU shall contact the H2C immediately, and shall not hold the H2C liable for any loss or damage incurred prior to the H2C’s action against the threat
