SUPERWILL CORPORATION MEMBERSHIP PROGRAMME — Terms & Conditions
1. Membership Registration
Customers may register as a member free of charge via the InCard system, providing a valid mobile number and basic personal details. Each customer is limited to one (1) membership account; duplicate accounts may be cancelled by the Company, including any associated rewards.
2. Welcome Reward
New members who successfully register will receive a RM5.00 e-Voucher. The voucher is valid for use on a single transaction with a minimum spend of RM50.00. Limited to one (1) voucher per transaction; not combinable with other vouchers, discounts, or promotions unless otherwise stated. The voucher is non-exchangeable for cash, non-refundable in change, and non-transferable. The voucher is valid for three (3) months from the date of issuance and will expire automatically thereafter with no extension or reissuance.
3. Points System
Members earn 1 point for every RM1.00 spent (RM1 = 1 Point). Only cash transactions are eligible to earn points. Points may be redeemed at a rate of 200 Points = RM1.00. A minimum of 1,000 Points (equivalent to RM5.00) is required before redemption. Points are valid for twelve (12) months from the date earned and will expire automatically without prior notice. Points cannot be used in conjunction with clearance or deep-discount promotions (subject to in-store notice). Points are non-exchangeable for cash and non-transferable.
4. Redemption
Members must present their InCard membership account (mobile number/member code) at checkout for identity verification. The system will automatically calculate and update the available voucher and points balance.
5. Usage Limit
Each member is limited to one (1) voucher redemption or points redemption per day, to prevent misuse. If a customer is found to have registered multiple accounts or misused the rewards programme improperly, the Company reserves the right to cancel the membership and any related rewards without prior notice.
6. Other Important Terms
Vouchers/points used for a purchase are non-refundable if the item is returned. Members are responsible for safeguarding their account information; the Company is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access. The Company reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate this membership programme and its terms at any time, with official announcements taking precedence. Registration constitutes consent for the Company to send promotional messages to the member. The Company’s decision on all matters relating to this programme shall be final.
