Eligibility

  • Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership Loyalty Programme is open to individuals aged 18 years or older
  • The use of Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership Loyalty Programme is only applicable at all Ban Hin Bee branches only
  • Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership’s profile page or QR code must be presented to the cashier before making any payment and/or redemption
  • To enrol, applicant must provide accurate personal information during the registration process (e.g. name, NRIC, age, contact number, email, correspondence address, ethic etc.) to register for Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership Loyalty Programme.
  • Each email address is allowed to register for one Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership Loyalty Programme.
  • The name on your membership account must match the name under which award points are issued and maintained in the Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership Loyalty Programme system
  • Membership is non-transferable and limited to one account per individual.
  •  In the event of the account owner’s untimely demise, account ownership is non-transferrable by any means. 

Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership Highlights

  • Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership Loyalty Programme complimentary validity period is for first 24 months from the first registration date.
  • Access to higher-tier benefits is available through a subscription or fee based on the specific tier selected (We’re launching soon! Stay tuned for updates)
  • Upon expiry of the validity period, the Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership must be renewed at the annual membership fee based on our available membership status in order to enjoy exclusive benefits such as extra warranty, special member price, servicing or repairing service, vouchers, rewards point, and other promotional programs.
  • All applicants for Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership Loyalty Programme will be automatically entitled to earn rewards points.
  • Earned points will expire after 24-month from the date of earning.

Earn Points:
For every RM1 you spend on eligible purchases, you’ll earn reward points that will be added to your account.

Redeem Rewards:

  • Use your accumulated points to enjoy exciting rewards from our Redemption Catalogue (launch in February 2025). Explore a variety of items and benefits tailored just for you.
  • Membership redemption is available only during selected months throughout the year. Notifications about upcoming redemption periods will be shared via official Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership Portal.

By enrolling in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, including ensuring that your membership name matches the name associated with your award points in the system.

Membership Points, rewards and all related benefits are offered at the sole discretion Ban Hin Bee®. Ban Hin Bee® reserves the right to add, delete, alter or amend any of these Terms and Conditions at any time with or without notice and it shall be effective.

The collection, use, and storage of your personal information as part of the Ban Hin Bee Rewards Membership Loyalty Program are conducted in full compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) of Malaysia.

By participating in InCard Marketing Sdn Bhd (InCard), we will collect and use information about you and any additional collectors within your account. This information includes your registration details, information about the use of your InCard card, shopping purchases and other information that you give us (together “your information”).
