1. Introduction

Welcome to Novacell membership program. By using your membership card/app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use your membership card.

2. Eligibility

Membership is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and who provide accurate and complete information during the application process. Membership is non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom it was issued.

3. Membership Card

Your membership card remains the property of Novacell and must be presented with the avail of membership benefits. Membership cards/points are non-transferable and must only be used by the cardholder. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately. Novacell reserves the right to issue a replacement card/points at its discretion.

4. Membership Benefits

Membership benefits are subject to change without notice. Benefits may include discounts, special offers, and exclusive promotions. Novacell reserves the right to modify or terminate any benefits at any time without prior notice. Membership benefits cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

5. Use of Membership Card

Your membership card/info must be presented at the time of purchase to receive benefits. Membership discounts and offers are not applicable to previous purchases and cannot be applied retroactively. Membership cards/points cannot be used to pay for taxes, shipping, or any other fees unless otherwise stated.

6. Fees and Charges

All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Novacell reserves the right to change the fee structure at any time.

7. Termination and Cancellation

Novacell reserves the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. You may cancel your membership by contacting Novacell customer service. Upon cancellation, any remaining benefits will be forfeited.

8. Data Protection

By using your membership card, you consent to Novacell collecting and processing personal data in accordance with Novacell’s Privacy Policy. This data may be used to manage your membership, improve services, and communicate with you about offers and promotions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Novacell is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of your membership card or any benefits associated with it. In no event shall Novacell’s total liability exceed the amount paid for the membership card.

10. Changes to Terms

Novacell reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other communication methods. Your continued use of the membership card after any changes indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
