1. Introduction

The Copper Mansion Group Rewards Program (“the Program”) is a customer loyalty initiative managed by Copper Mansion Group (“the Company”). By enrolling in the Program, members agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions, which are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Copper Mansion Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, its benefits, or these Terms & Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any such changes.

2. Definitions

  • Member: Any individual who has successfully registered for the Program and maintains an active membership account.
  • Participating Outlet: Restaurants under Copper Mansion Group where the Program is valid:
    • Copper Mansion PJ
    • Copper Mansion USJ
    • Copper Mansion Sg Long
    • Jeuji Korean BBQ
    • Treasure Hotpot
    • A’Han Thai Seafood
    • CraftyGang Bistro & Bar
    • Royal Bali
    • Kin & Kaze
    • Den Nikuya

3. Membership Eligibility

  • Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) membership account. Duplicate accounts may be subject to suspension or removal.

Employees of Copper Mansion Group and its participating outlets are not eligible to participate in the Program.

4. Membership Registration and Personal Information

  • Members must register via the official Copper Mansion Group Rewards application.
  • Members are responsible for ensuring their personal details are accurate and up to date.
  • Date of birth (DOB) cannot be changed within the application. To request a change, members must email membership@coppermansion.co

By enrolling, members consent to receive promotional and transactional communications via email, SMS, or other digital channels.

5. Earning Points

5.1 Points Accrual

  • Members earn 1 point for every RM1 spent on qualifying purchase.
  • Points are calculated based on the gross bill value after any applicable discounts, excluding service charges, SST or any other applicable taxes, and rounded down to the nearest whole number. Example:
    • RM21.90 earns 21 points
    • RM6.10 earns 6 points
    • RM0.90 earns 0 points
  • Members must present their digital membership code or mention their registered phone number at the time of payment to earn points. Points cannot be awarded retrospectively, even with a receipt.
  • Points earned per transaction are capped at a maximum of 5,000 points (equivalent to RM5,000 gross, excluding tax and service charges).

5.2 Eligible Transactions

  • All a-la-carte items and set menus, including the Premium Set Menu at Copper Mansion outlets, are eligible for points collection.

5.3 Ineligible Transactions

Points will not be awarded for the following:

  • Deposit payments
  • Hall rentals
  • Copper Mansion Menu related to associations
  • SST or any other taxes
  • Transactions paid using meal vouchers issued by Copper Mansion Group

6. Points Validity

  • Points are valid for 12 months from the date they were last earned.
  • Each point-earning transaction resets the validity period.

Expired points are not reinstatable or extendable under any circumstances.

7. Points Redemption

7.1 Redemption for Direct Bill Discounts

  • Points may be redeemed in-store at participating outlets for direct discounts, as follows:
    • 500 points = RM5 discount
    • 1,000 points = RM10 discount
    • 1,500 points = RM15 discount

(Maximum redemption limit per transaction: 50,000 points = RM500)

  • Redemptions must be made in blocks of 500 points. Partial redemptions below 500 points are not allowed.
  • The redeemed discount amount is excluded from applicable service charges and taxes.

7.2 Redemption Restrictions

Points cannot be redeemed for:

  • Deposits payments
  • Hall rentals
  • Copper Mansion Menu related to associations
  • SST or any other taxes
  • In conjunction with any other vouchers, including vouchers offered in the program
  • Transactions paid using meal vouchers issued by Copper Mansion Group

7.3 Other Conditions

  • Points are non-transferable, non-refundable, and have no cash value.
  • Points and vouchers will not be refunded if a transaction is voided.
  • Copper Mansion Group reserves the right to reject redemptions deemed fraudulent or tampered with.

8. Program Vouchers

8.1 Eligible Usage

Vouchers offered as part of the Program, including but not limited to the RM10 Welcome Voucher and RM50 Birthday Voucher, are subject to the following conditions:

  • A-la-carte items
     • Set menus
     • Promotional or discounted items

8.2 Usage Restrictions

Program vouchers are subject to the following restrictions:

  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other vouchers, including other program vouchers or meal vouchers issued by Copper Mansion Group.
  • Cannot be used in combination with points redemption.

8.3 General Terms

  • Valid for one-time use only unless otherwise stated on the specific voucher
  • Must be presented at the time of payment
  • Non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash
  • Subject to individual voucher validity periods and outlet availability
  • Advance reservation is recommended. Members are advised to inform the outlet of voucher usage at the time of booking
  • Copper Mansion Group reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or cancel any voucher and its conditions at any time without prior notice

9. Refunds and Voided Transactions

  • If items are voided after the transaction, additional points will not be awarded.
  • Any points or vouchers used in a voided transaction will not be returned to the member.

The company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to decline or refuse customers’ requests or complaints related to transactions that have been deemed voided or invalid. 

10. Account Suspension or Termination

  • Copper Mansion Group reserves the right to suspend or cancel any membership account if:
    • Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected
    • False or misleading information is provided
    • The Program is used in violation of these Terms & Conditions

Such actions may be taken without prior notice and at the sole discretion of Copper Mansion Group.

11. Data, Privacy, and Consent

Copper Mansion Group is committed to safeguarding the privacy and personal data of all members. By enrolling in the Program, members expressly consent to the collection, use, disclosure, and storage of their personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Malaysia.

11.1 Collection and Use of Personal Data

We collect personal data that you provide during registration and participation in the Program, including but not limited to your name, contact details, date of birth, and transaction history. This data is used for the following purposes:

  • Administering membership and processing point accruals and redemptions
  • Delivering marketing, promotional, and transactional communications
  • Personalizing the member experience and improving service offerings
  • Conducting research, analytics, and reporting to enhance program performance

11.2 Data Storage and Protection

Copper Mansion Group implements reasonable security measures to store members’ personal information securely and protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. While all necessary precautions are taken, members acknowledge that no system is entirely immune to risk, and Copper Mansion Group shall not be held liable for data breaches beyond its control.

11.3 Data Disclosure

Personal data may be shared with authorized service providers or vendors strictly for the purposes of managing and operating the Program. Such parties are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the data. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

11.4 Retention of Personal Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this section, or as required by law. Once your data is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize it.

11.5 Access and Correction of Personal Data

Members may request to access or update their personal data by contacting membership@coppermansion.co. We will respond to such requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

11.6 Withdrawal of Consent

Members may withdraw their consent to the use of their personal data for marketing purposes at any time by contacting membership@coppermansion.co. Please note that withdrawal of consent may affect your ability to participate in certain aspects of the Program.
